The Opportunity
You won’t just be writing prompts, you’ll be building full systems that automate processes, scale communications, and create intelligent AI Agents that free up our team and clients to focus on what matters most.
This is a cross-functional role where your work will impact ad campaigns, client onboarding, HR automation, reporting, research, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write advanced prompts for ChatGPT, Claude, and custom GPTs
- Create and manage prompt libraries and reusable GPTs for marketing, sales, and admin tasks
- Build custom AI Agents that replicate internal roles (appointment setting, HR screening, content generation, reporting)
- Develop and test AI automations in Make.com and Zapier for internal and client workflows
- Use Perplexity.ai for real-time research, proposal building, and trend detection
- Create video content using HeyGen and AI avatars for outreach, training, and onboarding
- Collaborate with creative, performance, and leadership teams to build and refine AI-powered processes
- Document all AI tools, workflows, and SOPs for team-wide implementation
Tools You Should Be Confident Using:
At BluCactus, AI is fully integrated into our daily operations. You’ll work with the most advanced tools available, and we’ll support you in exploring new ones.
What We’re Looking For
Required Skills:
- Solid experience writing structured prompts for AI platforms
- Understanding of advanced prompting: role assignment, context, formatting, and examples
- Familiarity with use cases across marketing, sales, HR, and operations
- Strong written English with attention to tone and clarity
- Proficiency in Make or Zapier, including building logic-based workflows
Ability to independently document, iterate, and optimize AI processes
Preferred but Not Required:
- Experience with AI video tools like HeyGen or Opus Clip
- Background working in marketing agencies or tech/SaaS environments
- Interest or experience in fashion, eCommerce, or lifestyle sectors
- Familiarity with building full “AI employees” or agent-based workflows
Located in Canada, ideally within Eastern or Central time zones

You’ll report directly to senior team members and the CEO. Your work will be used across departments and client accounts, enabling more efficient workflows, higher-performing campaigns, and smarter data use.
